Terms of Service — Roomwell

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Roomwell, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt the service, no sending of unsolicited bulk email, and no use of the service to harm others. Roomwell is for individual practitioners and small practices; large-scale or automated abuse is prohibited.

4. Your data and your clients' data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant Roomwell the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf — storing, displaying, and transmitting your data. You are responsible for collecting any consents your jurisdiction requires from your clients before storing their information.

5. Payments

Subscription and payment processing is handled by our payment provider. Roomwell does not store full card details. Fees, billing cycles, and refunds are as described on the pricing page or in your subscription terms.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or to comply with the law. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roomwell disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
